PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Premium Pultruded FRP T-Profile for Structural Applications

Our pultruded FRP T-profile is manufactured through a continuous pultrusion process, producing a high-strength fiberglass T-beam with exceptional structural properties. The T-shape consists of a vertical web and horizontal flange, engineered to provide excellent load-bearing capacity in bending and compression applications.

The T-profile offers significant advantages over traditional steel T-beams including complete corrosion resistance, electromagnetic transparency, and substantial weight savings. At only 25% of steel's weight, it dramatically reduces installation costs and structural loading requirements while maintaining superior mechanical performance.

Standard T-profiles are available with flange widths and heights ranging from 25 mm to 150 mm, with web thicknesses from 4 mm to 12 mm. Ideal for structural bracing, support frames, equipment platforms, and civil engineering applications where corrosion resistance and lightweight construction are critical.

Features

Features & Benefits

Key Features

Features

Exceptional Structural Strength

The T-shape provides excellent load-bearing capacity in bending, compression, and torsion. Engineered unidirectional fiber orientation delivers maximum strength along the longitudinal axis.

Corrosion & Chemical Resistance

Impervious to moisture, saltwater, acids, alkalis, and industrial chemicals. Ideal for harsh environments where steel T-beams would rapidly corrode.

Lightweight & Easy Installation

Weighs only one-quarter of equivalent steel T-sections, enabling faster installation with lighter lifting equipment and reduced labor costs.

Electrically Non-Conductive

Zero electrical conductivity and non-magnetic properties make it safe for use near electrical equipment, substations, and sensitive instrumentation.

Low Thermal Conductivity

Does not conduct heat like metal profiles, reducing thermal bridging in building envelopes and improving energy efficiency in structures.

Extended Service Life

With proper UV protection, FRP T-profiles provide 20+ years of maintenance-free service in outdoor environments, significantly outperforming coated steel.
