OVERVIEW
Premium FRP Pultruded Square Tubing
Our FRP square tubes are manufactured using the continuous pultrusion process, producing hollow structural sections with exceptional strength-to-weight ratios. The combination of E-glass fiber reinforcement and high-performance resin systems creates a durable, corrosion-resistant product that outperforms traditional steel and aluminum square tubing in demanding environments.
Available in a wide range of standard sizes with wall thicknesses from 3mm to 10mm, these square tubes offer excellent torsional rigidity and dimensional stability. The smooth exterior finish and consistent wall thickness make them ideal for structural framing, equipment supports, handrail systems, and framework applications where both strength and aesthetics matter.
With a fiberglass content of 60-70%, our pultruded square tubes deliver mechanical properties comparable to structural steel at a fraction of the weight. The material is naturally resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and moisture, eliminating the need for protective coatings and reducing long-term maintenance costs significantly.

Features & Benefits
Features & Benefits
Outstanding Corrosion Resistance
FRP square tubes are completely impervious to rust and resistant to a wide range of chemicals, acids, and salts. Ideal for wastewater treatment plants, chemical processing facilities, and coastal installations where metal tubing fails prematurely.
High Torsional Rigidity
The hollow square cross-section provides excellent resistance to twisting and bending forces. Perfect for structural frames, machine guards, and equipment supports requiring dimensional stability under load.
Thermal & Electrical Insulation
Naturally electrically non-conductive and thermally insulating. Eliminates grounding concerns in electrical applications and reduces heat transfer in thermal management systems.
Low Maintenance Requirements
No painting, galvanizing, or protective coatings needed. The inherent corrosion resistance eliminates recurring maintenance costs and extends service life in harsh environments.
Easy Fabrication & Handling
Lightweight sections can be cut, drilled, and assembled using standard tools. The material's machinability allows for on-site modifications without specialized equipment.
UV & Weather Resistance
UV-stabilized resin formulations ensure long-term outdoor performance. Resistant to degradation from sunlight, moisture, freeze-thaw cycles, and extreme temperature variations.
