OVERVIEW
High-Performance Pultruded FRP Round Tube for Structural & Industrial Use
Our pultruded FRP round tube is manufactured using continuous E-glass fiber rovings impregnated with thermosetting resin (polyester, vinyl ester, or epoxy) and cured in a precision-heated steel die. This continuous pultrusion process produces a consistently high-quality, void-free round tube with exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, dimensional stability, and corrosion resistance that outperforms traditional materials in demanding environments.
Available in outside diameters from 10 mm to 200 mm with wall thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 12 mm, FRP round tubes offer design flexibility for applications ranging from lightweight handrails and structural bracing to chemical processing piping and electrical conduit. The hollow circular cross-section provides excellent torsional rigidity and bending strength while minimizing material usage and weight.
Unlike steel, FRP round tube will not rust, rot, or corrode when exposed to moisture, chemicals, or UV radiation. With a service life exceeding 25 years in most environments and virtually zero maintenance requirements, FRP round tube delivers significant total-cost-of-ownership advantages over galvanized steel, aluminum, and PVC alternatives.

Features & Benefits
Features
Superior Corrosion Resistance
Impervious to rust, rot, and chemical attack. Performs reliably in marine, chemical processing, wastewater, and coastal environments where steel corrodes and aluminum pitting occurs.
Lightweight & High Strength
77% lighter than steel with comparable tensile strength up to 690 MPa. Reduces structural dead load, simplifies transportation, and enables faster installation without heavy lifting equipment.
Electrical & Thermal Insulation
Naturally non-conductive with dielectric strength of 3–10 kV/mm and low thermal conductivity of 0.2–0.4 W/m·K. Ideal for electrical conduit, insulator structures, and thermal break applications.
Low Maintenance Lifecycle
No painting, coating, or cathodic protection required. Service life exceeds 25 years in most environments, delivering 30–50% lower total cost of ownership compared to galvanized steel or aluminum.
Customizable Dimensions
Available in a wide range of diameters, wall thicknesses, and custom lengths. Multiple resin systems — polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy, phenolic — to match specific chemical, thermal, and fire-resistance requirements.
