High-Performance FRP Pultruded Channel Profiles
Our FRP pultruded channel profiles are manufactured using a continuous pultrusion process that combines high-strength E-glass fibers with premium polyester or vinyl ester resin systems. The result is a lightweight yet exceptionally strong structural member that outperforms traditional steel channels in corrosive environments while weighing up to 75% less.
Available in both C channel and U channel configurations, these profiles feature excellent dimensional stability, UV resistance, and electrical non-conductivity. The smooth surface finish and consistent cross-section tolerances make them ideal for structural framing, equipment supports, cable management systems, and solar panel mounting structures in demanding industrial applications.
With a fiberglass content of 60-70% by weight, our FRP channels deliver outstanding strength-to-weight ratios. The material is inherently resistant to chemicals, moisture, and UV degradation, eliminating the need for protective coatings or galvanization typically required for metal channels in harsh environments.
