OVERVIEW
Pultruded FRP I-Beam for Demanding Structural Applications
Our pultruded FRP I-beams are engineered to deliver exceptional strength-to-weight ratios in demanding structural applications. Manufactured using continuous E-glass fiber reinforcements embedded in a premium thermosetting resin matrix, these profiles offer superior mechanical performance while weighing up to 75% less than equivalent steel sections.
The I-beam's classic flanged profile geometry provides outstanding bending strength and rigidity, making it an ideal choice for load-bearing structures, mezzanine flooring systems, and chemical plant platforms. Its corrosion-resistant nature eliminates the need for protective coatings and ensures decades of maintenance-free service life in harsh environments.
Available in standard depths from 100 mm to 300 mm with custom lengths up to 12 meters, our FRP I-beams can be supplied with UV-resistant surface veils for outdoor exposure or fire-retardant resin systems for stringent fire safety compliance.

Features & Benefits
Exceptional Corrosion Resistance
Impervious to salts, acids, alkalis, and chemicals that rapidly degrade steel and aluminum. Ideal for wastewater treatment, chemical processing, and marine environments.
75% Lighter Than Steel
At only one-quarter the weight of steel, our FRP I-beams drastically reduce transportation costs and enable faster, safer installation without heavy lifting equipment.
Electrically Non-Conductive
Inherent dielectric properties eliminate grounding requirements and prevent electrical hazards in substations, electrical rooms, and rail applications.
Low Maintenance Lifecycle
No painting, galvanizing, or protective coatings needed. With a service life exceeding 25 years in aggressive environments, total ownership costs are dramatically lower.
