OVERVIEW

Pultruded FRP Angle Bars for Structural Bracing & Framing

Our pultruded FRP angle profiles are manufactured using continuous E-glass fiber reinforcement embedded in a thermosetting resin matrix, creating durable L-shaped structural members that combine high strength with exceptional corrosion resistance. These angle bars are the ideal replacement for steel angles in corrosive environments.

Available in both equal-leg and unequal-leg configurations, FRP angle profiles provide versatile solutions for bracing, brackets, edge protection, and structural framing. The lightweight nature of FRP — up to 75% lighter than steel — simplifies handling and installation while reducing structural load on supporting members.

Standard leg lengths range from 25 mm to 150 mm with wall thicknesses from 3 mm to 12 mm, supplied in standard 6-meter lengths. Custom sizes, UV-resistant surface veils, and fire-retardant resin formulations are available to meet specific project requirements.

Features

Features & Benefits

FRP angle bar structural bracing application

Features & Benefits

Superior Corrosion Resistance

FRP angle bars will not rust, rot, or corrode when exposed to moisture, chemicals, or saltwater, making them ideal for water treatment plants, chemical facilities, and coastal infrastructure.

Easy Fabrication On-Site

Can be cut, drilled, and machined using standard woodworking or metalworking tools, allowing quick modifications on-site without specialized equipment.

Non-Conductive & Non-Magnetic

Inherent electrical insulation and non-magnetic properties make FRP angles ideal for electrical substations, transformer enclosures, and MRI facility structures.

Low Thermal Conductivity

FRP's low thermal conductivity eliminates condensation issues and thermal bridging, improving energy efficiency in climate-controlled structures.
