High-Performance Pultruded FRP Flat Bar

Our pultruded FRP flat bar is manufactured using a continuous pultrusion process that produces high-strength, uniform fiberglass-reinforced profiles. The flat bar features unidirectional glass fiber reinforcement embedded in a premium thermosetting resin matrix, delivering exceptional tensile strength and dimensional stability.

Unlike traditional steel flat bars, FRP flat bar is completely corrosion-resistant, non-conductive, and non-magnetic. It weighs approximately 75% less than steel while offering comparable strength in tension. This makes it an ideal choice for applications where weight reduction, electrical insulation, or corrosion resistance is critical.

Available in a wide range of standard widths from 10 mm to 200 mm and thicknesses from 3 mm to 25 mm. Custom dimensions can be produced to meet specific project requirements. The smooth surface finish allows for easy painting, bonding, or additional coating applications.
